What is travelling ?

Travel is the movement of people between distant geographical
locations. Travel can be done by foot, bicycle, automobile, train, boat, bus,

religious pilgrimages and mission trips, business travel, trade, commuting,
obtaining health care, waging or fleeing war, for the enjoyment of traveling,

Motives for travel include:

  • Pleasure.
  • Relaxation.
  • Discovery and exploration.
  • Adventure.
  • Intercultural communications.
  • Taking personal time for building interpersonal
    relationships.
  • Avoiding stress.
  • Forming memories.
